Many people fall into vaping as a substitute for smoking. In fact, I now see more people for vaping than I do for smoking. Yet, quitting vaping can feel just as daunting, swapping one powerful addictive habit for another. Breaking the nicotine dependency is rarely enough for long-term success, since we need to address the emotional connection too. 

Making the decision to stop vaping is the first empowering step, then we need to help you implement that change. When cravings start to overshadow your motivation, it becomes easy to fall back into old habits. That’s why it is so important to understand and address the internal issues that prevent you from quitting your vaping addiction.

Most people only need one session, but should you need any extra support I will firstly give you a recording of the session to help cement the changes. I also offer a complimentary four-week aftercare service where you can return as many times as needed free of charge in that time. This package costs £350 inclusive.
