STOP SMOKING PROGRAMME
Your session follows a personalised two-step process and costs £250:
Step 1: We’ll begin by having a conversation about your specific habits, triggers, and associations with smoking or vaping. This helps me understand your unique journey and why you’re now ready to make the change.
Step 2: Using what we’ve discussed, I’ll then guide you into hypnosis to gently reprogram those subconscious habits, helping you feel calm, in control, and free from smoking or vaping.
Most clients find that a single session is enough to quit. However, if you feel you need further support, follow-up sessions are available at £180 each. Occasionally, it may be necessary to address underlying stress, anxiety, or other issues to ensure long-term success, which can be covered in these additional sessions if needed.
You’ll also receive an MP3 hypnosis recording after your session to reinforce the work we’ve done and help you stay relaxed and on track.
